General Terms and Sales Policies

Conditions of Sale: All orders are subject to acceptance by Reprocessed Plastics Inc., and no orders are binding until accepted. Acceptance will incorporate the company's then applicable established terms and conditions. Reprocessed Plastics Inc., reserves the right to change all prices, terms of sale and cancel any backorders without prior notice. Reprocessed Plastics Inc., hereby expressly disclaims any and all liability for incidental and/or consequential damage that may arise from the failure or refusal to deliver any merchandise ordered from the company.

Shipments: All shipments are F.O.B. Garfield, MN.

Terms: Net 30. All orders are subject to approval by our credit department. Past due invoices will incur a 1.5% interest charge per month.

Warranty: Due to the content of recycled plastic material used to fabricate our products, variations in color, thickness and consistency may occur. Warranty issues pertaining to performance and/or application will be considered on an individual basis. Failure to follow any product instructions will void any warranty considerations.
